Serving anglers since 1949, Snook Nook Bait & Tackle is a staple of Florida’s fishing community. Located in Jensen Beach, the shop has built its reputation as a go-to destination for serious anglers—offering everything from rods, reels, and tackle to live bait delivered daily.

With decades of credibility and a deeply knowledgeable team, Snook Nook has long been more than just a bait shop. It’s a trusted local institution with a loyal customer base that spans generations of Florida fishermen.

The Project

Snook Nook partnered with Conch Agency to expand beyond traditional retail offerings and build a more developed headwear program. The goal was to move away from standard blank hats and create fully custom designs that better reflected the brand’s identity and resonated with both core anglers and the broader coastal lifestyle market.

Through our relationship with Pukka Headwear, we developed a lineup of custom 5-panel and 6-panel hats featuring a mix of embroidered designs and patch applications. Each style was intentionally designed to offer variety, giving the shop a more complete and visually compelling retail display.

While Snook Nook had strong brand recognition, their headwear offering was previously limited by standard, off-the-shelf options. The shift to a fully custom program required:

  • Transitioning from generic blanks to intentional, branded designs

  • Expanding product variety without sacrificing consistency

  • Creating styles that appealed to both dedicated anglers and casual customers

The challenge was to build a program that honored the shop’s heritage while positioning it for continued growth.
